Strip waxes are applied in a very thin layer, in any direction.
Traditional recyclable waxes are applied using a figure-eight motion, leaving a certain thickness in the direction of hair growth.
To apply the wax, regardless of type:
First use the flat of the spatula to pick up a dollop of wax from the heated wax.
Hold the tissues taut starting with the area where the wax is deposited.
Spread the wax in the direction of hair growth, with the edge of the spatula.
