removing the wax
Removal of the wax, both for no-strip wax and wax with non-wowen strips, is always done in the opposite direction of the hair growth.
To decrease the pain associated with removal of the hair roots, the skin should be held firmly at the base of the strip you’re removing and the strip should be pulled off as parallel as possible to the skin. That avoids excessive stretching of the epidermis, which can cause bruising (the phenomenon of aspiration). It will also avoid broken hairs.
The quality of the strip removal is the essential factor in guaranteeing effective and gentle depilatory treatment. The gesture must be assured and continuous, and not brusque.
If the strip is too long, remove it in several stages, moving the hand that holds the skin and the hand that removes the strip simultaneously.
Finally, place the palm of the hand on the area that has been treated after removing the strip to soothe the sensation in the epidermis caused by the hair removal.
