Quality controls are conducted on arrival of raw materials at the plant and during production. Finished products must meet precise quality standards.
As an expert on waxes, Perron Rigot has developed its own control systems to check such parameters as viscosity, acidity index, and non-crystallization of waxes – three characteristics that are specific to this type of product. The melting point is of course verified for each batch of wax produced.
We use these controls, standards, and specifications to ensure you of:
low-temperature waxes;
stable characteristics throughout the year despite seasonal fluctuations that can affect certain natural raw materials (such as beeswax!);
waxes that will not crystallize;
waxes that are as safe as possible.
