fucus seaweed (fucus vesiculosus)
The seaweed, brown in color, is visible at low tide; it measures between 10 and 70 cm, and grows in abundance on the rocks of the Brittany coast. Rich in mineral salts, trace elements, and vitamins, fucus stimulates circulation and firms the skin, preventing slackening of the cell fibers.
